We collect and store any information you enter on our website, through Google Forms, by email, phone or other communication channels.  We only collect information useful for treating your dog or to communicate with you.  This information is not made public without your written consent.

Specifically, we collect the following information

1. Identity Data: first and last name
2. Contact Data: address, email address, phone number
3. Usage Data: including how you use our website and services
4. Video/photographic data: for educational and marketing purposes. This may include your image or voice.

We do not collect and Special Categories of Personal Data about you.

Why we collect your information

1. To deliver our services and provide ongoing support
2. To provide our customers past, present and future with information, promotional and educational material
3. To gather statistical data to analyse and inform future services 
4. To comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.

Please contact us at hello@caninenaturalhealth.uk if you wish to exercise your rights under the data protection laws.  No fee is usually required, however, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.  Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
